Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lbs ground beef (or any ground meat)
- 1½ cups spaghetti sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Tater tots
Directions
Cook and season meat to taste and drain (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc).
Stir in spaghetti sauce and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with a layer of shredded cheese.
Top with a layer of tater tots.
Bake at 400°F for 30 mins or until tots are browned.
Notes
This recipe is very versatile. You can add in any veggies to your liking (onions, peppers, garlic, mushrooms, green beans — chopped, carrots — chopped, etc). You can also use a “cream of” soup instead of spaghetti sauce.
