Sweet Breakfast Casserole

Grease an 8x8 baking dish.

Cut croissants into 1 inch cubes. Place in baking dish and top with x berries. Give it a slight mix to combine.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, sugar, eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and lemon zest. Beat until combined.

Pour mixture over croissants. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from fridge while preheating oven to 350°F.

Bake covered for 30 mins. Remove foil and bake 15 — 20 mins more.

In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and 1 tsp vanilla. Use more or less cream for desired “glaze” consistency. Drizzle over casserole.
