Spanish Rice

Make 3 to 4 cups of rice; set aside.
In large frying pan, brown 1 lb hamburger with small chopped onion and ½ large green bell pepper, chopped.
Add:
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes, and then remove from heat.
Stir in all of the rice until it is all mixed well.
Add cut up stuffed green olives and sprinkle with about ½ lb shredded mild cheddar cheese.
Serve while cheese is melted.
