Brown meats in about 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add garlic and onions. When the onions are wilted, add the tomato paste and fill paste can with water 4 times and add to mixture. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, 2 cps water and all the seasonings. Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for about 2 hours. If it is a little acidic, add a Tbsp of sugar.

Use this sauce for regular spaghetti, noodles, shells or any other kind of pasta. Serve with lots of parmesan cheese.
