Sheet Pan Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 4 to 5 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Sausage, sliced in bite sized pieces (kielbasa, chicken sausage, smoked, etc)
- 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Chili oil flakes (to taste)
Directions
On a sheet pan, toss broccoli florets with garlic and 2 Tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pull out pan and add sausage, tortellini, ½ cup grated parmesan, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Drizzle about 2 — 3 Tbsp olive oil over the ingredients and toss well.
Bake 15 — 20 mins more or until cooked through and browned.
Serve topped with more parmesan and/or chili oil flakes.
