Ingredients
- 1 roasting hen, cut up
- 1 sprig parsley
- 4 scallions
- ½ green pepper, cut up
- ½ onion, cut up
- Oregano, salt, and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg frozen yuca, cut up
- 1 pkg frozen ñame, cut up
- 3 bouillon cubes (Knorr preferred)
Directions
Boil chicken in a large pot with enough water (~3” above chicken).
Skim foam and lower heat.
Add all ingredients except vegetables and cook until chicken is tender.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
