Quick Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ cup shredded carrots
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup oil
¼ cup water
½ tsp vanilla

Directions

In bowl, mix ingredients well.

Pour mixture into an ungreased 8” or 9” cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
