Pumpkin Bread

Mix thoroughly in a large, deep bowl:
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large or 2 small cans pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 cup oil
½ cup water
4 eggs
Sift together and add to mixture:
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
Stir in ½ to 2 cups raisins. Pour into 3 well-greased loaf pans or 1 round tube pan and 1 loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 65 to 75 minutes. Remove from pans after 5 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
