Pork Rice

Ingredients
- 2 to 4 pork steaks
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
- 4 to 6 cups cooked white rice
Directions
Cut pork steaks in bite size pieces. Coat with beaten eggs and bread with crushed saltine crackers.
Brown breaded meat in ½ oil and ½ butter in batches until browned and cooked through.
In the hot pan, combine all the cooked meat with 4 to 6 cups cooked white rice and gently mix until well combined.
