Pork and Bean Burritos

Cut up 1 or 2 pork steaks in bite size pieces. Fry with a 1 medium chopped onion until
meat is cooked. Add 2 large cans traditional refried beans. Heat until all is well blended.
Sprinkle with 2 envelopes of Sazon seasoning and mix well.

Place to large spoonfuls of mixture on a flour tortilla with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Roll tortilla and place them side-by-side in a baking pan. Pour chili all over burritos and cover with cheddar cheese. Bake for ½ hour at 350°F until warmed through.
*Burritos freeze well.

Chili Sauce (Mom’s)

Fry 1 lb hamburger with chopped onion. Drain grease.

Add:
1 can pinto beans
3 tbsp chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 jar chunky taco sauce (medium or mild)

Mix well and heat through.

*Or heat 2 cans Hormel Chili with or without beans, 1 large jar Old El Paso taco sauce, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce to taste.
