Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup cold butter, cubed
Filling:
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cups chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 15x10x1 baking pan.
Mix crust ingredients, cutting in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press into prepared baking pan.
Bake 20 mins.
Whisk together first 5 ingredients of filling. Stir in the pecans. Spread over hot crust.
Bake 25—30 mins longer, or until filling is set.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Cut into bars.
