Parmesan Potatoes

Wash and cut in half lengthwise.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dip cut side of potato in melted butter then in a bowl of parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place cheese side down on the prepared pan.

Brush any extra butter on the back of the potatoes and sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 400°F for 30 — 45 mins or until tender (make sure cheese doesn’t burn).

When you flip potatoes over to serve they should have a browned parmesan crust.
