Meatloaf

(makes 2 loaves)

In large, deep bowl, mix well:
2 lbs. lean hamburger
½ package (tube) mild pork sausage
2 eggs
salt and pepper
dash of garlic powder
½ chopped onion
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ c. ketchup

In small bowl, tear up 4 or 5 slices of white bread and cover with milk. Let soften for a few minutes. Squeeze out milk and add soaked bread to meat and mix well (use your hands). It will be mushy. Divide and shape into 2 loaves. Put in baking pan with high sides.
Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours at 375°.

Halfway through baking time, pour off grease from baking pan.
