Lemon Bars

Mix together:
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 cup margarine

Press into 9” x 12” baking pan. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

Beat together:
4 eggs

Add to eggs:
2 cups sugar (slowly)
6 tbsp real lemon juice
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt

Pour over crust. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powder sugar. Cut into squares.
