Impossible Cheesecake Pie

Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease deep-dish pie plate
Mix in blender:
¾ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick mix
Cover and blend for 15 seconds on high speed
Add to blender:
2 8oz packages of cream cheese cut up in chunks
Cover and blend on high speed for 2 minutes
Pour into pie plate and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm. (It will look puffy, but will deflate after cooling)
*Topping:
Mix 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tsp vanilla
Spread topping over pie and let set 1 to 2 hours. Top with fruit (blueberry or cherry pie filling)
