Sift:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
Cream:
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla
Alternate adding to batter until mixed:
- Beat 2 eggs and add in ⅓s. to creamed sugar mix
- Add flour mix in ¼s.
Add:
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 large bag chocolate chips
Spoon cookie dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Don’t let the cookies get too brown.
