1 — 2 cups mashed potatoes
Stuffing

Chicken Mixture:

2 cups cooked chicken, torn in bite sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Cooked veggies (optional)

Directions

In a casserole dish (greased), spread mashed potatoes.

Mix together chicken mixture ingredients, and top mashed potatoes with it.

Top with prepared stuffing and bake at 350°F for 30 mins.

Notes

This is great for leftovers. You can use turkey instead.
