Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 3 cups spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked & shredded chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
Break uncooked spaghetti into 2 pieces, then cook according to package directions.
Drain and combine with chicken, cream of mushroom, 2 cups cheddar cheese, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Place mixture in casserole dish and top with 1 cup additional cheese.
Bake at 350°F 45 mins or until bubbly.
Notes
You can add in additional veggies such as green pepper, mushrooms, asparagus, etc. You can also freeze before baking.
