Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Broccoli (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup OR 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ can of milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Plain potato chips, or slivered almonds
Directions
Boil chicken breasts until tender. Cool and shred in baking dish.
Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.
Pour mix over shredded chicken. Optionally, mix in broccoli.
Crush plain potato chips over top, or sprinkle with slivered almonds.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F or until bubbly.
