Chicken Casserole

Directions

Boil chicken breasts until tender. Cool and shred in baking dish.

Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender.

Pour mix over shredded chicken. Optionally, mix in broccoli.

Crush plain potato chips over top, or sprinkle with slivered almonds.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F or until bubbly.
