Cheesy Grits

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup grits
- ¾ stick margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ large box Velveeta Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
When water is boiling, slowly pour in grits stirring constantly.
Lower heat and cover, stir occasionally.
When thick, add margarine, beaten eggs, and seasonings. Mix well.
Cut cheese in small pieces and mix into grits until melted.
Spray loaf pan. Add grits and bake at 375°F until golden brown on top
