Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter or margarine
- 2 cps of grated sharp cheddar (10 oz.)
- 2 cps flour
- 2 cps Rice Krispies
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Beat the cheese and butter until creamy; add the flour and cayenne pepper. Fold the rice krispies. Form balls the size of walnuts, flatten them with a fork making a criss-cross pattern. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for about 20 minutes. Can be frozen for several weeks.
