Butter Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
Directions
Cream together sugar and margarine.
Add egg yolk, vanilla, and flour. Mix well.
Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until cookies are barely brown.
Once cool, shake cookies in a bag with powdered sugar to coat.
