Bohemian Butter Tarts

Directions

Cream together butter and sugar.

Add flour and well-beaten egg yolks gradually.

Mold dough into balls the size of walnuts.

Press a dent in the center of each dough ball and fill with jam or jelly (Mom uses a wooden spoon to make her dent).

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Don’t make balls too big because they spread out.
