Beef & Barley Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 pkg vegetable beef soup starter
- ¾ cup barley
- 6 to 7 cups water
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
In a crockpot, stir in beef stew meat, vegetable beef soup starter, barley, water, and pepper.
Cook on low 8 — 10 hours.
Halfway through cooking, stir in frozen mixed vegetables.
Serve with biscuits.
