Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 20 crackers)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 to 5 bananas, sliced
- 1 (2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large container of cool whip
Directions
Melt 1 stick of margarine and combine with 1 ½ cups cracker crumbs. Press into 9 x 13”
pan.
Beat eggs, 2 sticks margarine, and powder sugar for no less than 15 minutes. Spread over crumb crust.
Add layer of pineapple and sliced banana.
Cover with cool whip and top with cherries. Sprinkle with reserved ½ cup of cracker crumbs. Refrigerate over night, or at least 6 hours.
