Ingredients
- ⅓ cup margarine
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
- 1¾ cup flour
- 1¼ tsp. baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat eggs until light, then add eggs and bananas to margarine mixture.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to banana mixture and mix well.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased 10” loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1¼ hours.
