Arroz Con Puerco Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 center-cut pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Lea & Perrin’s sauce
- 10 Tbsp washed and drained rice
- 1 green pepper, cut in large pieces
- 2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion, thickly sliced
- 1 Tbsp rosemary leaves
- 1 can beef broth soup (undiluted)
Directions
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and Lea & Perrin’s sauce.
Brown chops in a little oil and set aside.
In a deep baking dish, layer rice, pork chops, vegetables, and rosemary.
Pour beef broth soup over everything.
Bake at 350°F for 1½ hours until vegetables, pork chops, and rice are fully cooked.
