Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 Apples
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup soft butter or margarine
Directions
Butter a square Pyrex or metal pan.
Peel and thinly slice apples in buttered pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix remaining ingredients to make topping. Use fingers to mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until top is browned and apples are cooked.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
